The Cisco QSFP-4x10G-AOC10M is a 40GBase-AOC active optical breakout cable that connects one 40G QSFP+ port to four 10G SFP+ ports over a factory-terminated 10-meter fiber assembly. It provides a plug-and-play way to fan out 40G switch ports to 10G servers, storage and downstream switches without separate transceivers and patch cords.
